This one hour live webinar training covers the key frameworks of a successful 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, including governance, risk management, and compliance. It focuses on the roles and responsibilities of organization leadership, the relationship between the multiple leadership positions, and best governance practices.

Not only will you learn common issues that organizations should be aware of, but our experienced attorneys will cover how tos of preventing them and resolving them when they occur.

We created the training for small to mid-size organizations composed of 3 to 21 directors. If your Board is larger, please contact us to discuss recommended attendees.

Optional personalization includes spending up to 15 minutes discussing a challenge unique to your organization and preparing up to two slides with personalized suggestions.

The training is not available to organizations operating as schools, healthcare institutions providing direct medical care or services, or religious institutions.
